（一）法律义务

    1.您应当办理住宿登记。在海南省内旅馆以外的其他住所住宿，应当在入住后24小时内由本人或者留宿人向居住地公安机关办理住宿登记或者使用手机扫描二维码在网上自助办理住宿登记。

    2.停留期间如因正当合理事由（商贸、访问、探亲、旅游等）想要继续在海南停居留或离开海南前往中国境内其它地区，应当在停留期限届满7日前，凭相关证明材料向如下任一海南省公安机关出入境管理部门申办外国人签证证件。

    （1）海南省人民政府政务服务中心公安出入境窗口：海口市美兰区五指山南路3号一楼。

    （2）海口市人民政府政务服务中心公安出入境窗口：海口市龙华区世纪公园路1号。

    （3）海口市江东办证大厅：海口市美兰区江东大道202号江东发展大厦A区1层。

    （5）三亚市人民政府政务服务中心：三亚市吉阳区新风街259号二楼。

    （6）儋州市人民政府政务服务中心公安行政审批专区出入境窗口：海南省儋州市迎宾大道怡心花园商铺D18栋。

Approved by the State Council, Hainan Province has implemented a visa free policy for inbound tourism for 59 countries starting from May 1, 2018. Individuals from 59 countries traveling to Hainan can enter the country from Hainan's open ports without a visa and stay on Hainan Island for 30 days with a valid ordinary passport.

（一）Legal Obligations

1.You must go through accommodation registration formalities. If you stay in hotels in Hainan, you need to provide your passport to the hotel for registration. And if you stay outside of a hotel, you or your host must register with the public security organ of your place of residence or register through scanning the QR code with your mobile phone within 24 hours after your entry into Hainan.

2.If you have a valid reason such as for tourism, commercial activities and trade, visit and exchange, and family reunion to extend your stay in Hainan or visit other parts of the Chinese mainland during your stay, you must apply for a visa to the exit and entry administration authority of Hainan’s public security organ at least 7 days before the expiration of the stay period.
